Oh God,this hurts,this hurts way to much (Wonderfully written though :) And the whole self-fullfilling prophecy thing: A+ Also: John/Bobby, I love you (and your Johns friendly hunter bonding ways are probably the best explanation ever given for pretty much every hunter knowing John Winchester and being incredibly pissed at him. And the way Dean followes that 'tradition' is just so in-character that it amazes me The only things that threw me off a little were the Bobby&Sam thing and Sam/Ruby. Bobby&Sam because in the show it always seemed (to me) that Bobby just loves them equally...and maybe Dean a little more. However it makes sense in your story of course. Sam at any point being in love with Ruby is something I always find unrealistic (in Season 4 she was acting like a schoolgirl with a big crush...he trusted her and everything,if he was in love with her I just think he would have been a little more affectionate or something...) but it fits greatly in your story. And personally I thought Lucifer appearing as the last girl Sam liked and trusted made much more sense than appearing as Jessica the long dead girlfriend of another life ever did... Sorry for the long comment and the ranting,your story just touched me so that I needed to get this of my chest :)
