Yeah, I've unfortunately noticed that's a recurring theme in episodes: the show will profess a certain attitude about women, but will treat them differently. (I don't know if you've seen all the S1 episodes, but the one that stands out most in my mind is the one where Jeff & Lester have the boob cam, which Chuck scolds them for & makes them stop doing, but then the show turns around & has the boob cam footage be the final clue that Chuck needs to stave off disaster. Like, 'Thank heaven for Jeff & Lester's misogyny!' Not on.)

My great relief is that Chuck never confronted Sarah about the kiss with Cole, never even let on that he knew. Or else I probably woulda made stabby gestures at my TV.
